New Banner for my Blog

Since I kinda changed my blog name from what my banner was originally created as (I just added the J3 in front to make it a little interesting), I decided I better update the banner. Sooo, several failed tutorials and hours later, I finally have my finished banner. Not as wide as the original so that it looks more centered, it's simple but I like it.  Be honest, and tell me what you think.

Just for a reminder, here's the "old" banner.  (All of 3 days used, but made long ago. LOLz)
